If you are a Chickasaw and live within our service area and are NOT YET a member of the Purcell Chickasaw Community Council, this is your invitation to join. Here are the specific requirements you must meet to be a member of PCCC.

  1. CDIB Card

  2. Tribal ID Card

  3. Proof of residency in one of the following counties in Oklahoma: McClain, Grady, Cleveland or Oklahoma County.

  4. Download our form: (OPTION 1 gif file) or (OPTION 2 pdf file).

Print it, fill it out and mail it in (sorry, we cannot do online forms at this time). If you need us to mail you a form, please send a SASE to:
